Our team is here to assist law firms, business entities, and individuals with all appellate-related aspects of litigation. Most of the practice is dedicated to undertaking the full responsibility for litigating appeals, however, we are also available to advise our colleagues and clients on how best to conduct their own appellate work and cost effective/reliable appellate services/printing. We are always able to draw upon the extraordinary breadth of substantive legal knowledge offered by our network of attorneys and between them we can access experience from active attorneys in virtually every conceivable practice area.

With our appellate practice team, as in all the litigation and negotiation services we provide, you can rely on our ability to leverage the full resources of the firm to implement the most efficient and cost-effective plan to meet your appeals needs. Where necessary, our representation can include a team of attorneys that efficiently blend appellate and trial experience from a cross-section of disciplines and industry groups. In appropriate matters, our Appellate attorneys are involved in strategizing during all phases of the litigation process, in order to ensure that the case is best positioned for appellate success even while pursuing effective dispute resolution in trial.

Our focus has been on the New York State Court of Appeals & Appellate Division Departments. However, we also handle appeals to the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals. We are also prepared to pursue appeals in all of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court for select cases. The Appeals process can be an up hill battle, but we always come prepared to win.

We Can Help You Save on Appellate Printing and Services Cost!

Our managing attorney, Angel Castro, has experience running his own appellate services and printing company, as well as working for a top appellate printing company after selling his company. Let Mr. Castro's experience help you save a substantial amount of money while ensuring you get a top quality service. Our printing costs are far less because we don't overcharge for printing and any appellate services you need are charged at a reasonable cost. Give us a call to discuss your next appellate printing project.
